Helios Marine is a Bulgarian builder of electric day boats based in Burgas, registered as Хелиос Марин АД and founded by brothers Dragomir and Dimitar Enchev. The company works to a vertically integrated model, developing its own LFP battery systems, electronics and vessel-control software alongside the boats themselves, and in 2026 opened a production and R&D facility in Burgas. Its range includes the Sigma 4.5 tender and the Omega 7.2 day boat, the latter a recipient of the Gustave Trouvé Award in the under-eight-metre class.
