Volare Boats is a United States electric-boat company founded by former Scout Boats engineers and executives to build purpose-designed electric craft rather than conversions of combustion hulls. Its first model, the Artemis 23, is a semi-foiling electric catamaran with twin direct-drive pod motors on a 48-volt system and joystick manoeuvring, unveiled in late 2025. The Artemis 23 received a Gustave Trouvé Award in 2025.
