RS Sailing, based in Romsey, England, is one of the world's largest builders of sailing dinghies, in business since 1989. Its core range remains sailing craft; the electric side of the business, RS Electric Boats, produces the Pulse 63, a British-built electric planing RIB driven by a RAD Propulsion motor system. The Pulse 63 is offered as a coach boat, workboat, leisure boat and superyacht tender.
